@rivendell9999 Almost all Russian rockets are launching at night (for example Soyuz Expeditions to MKS: 28, 27, 26, 25, 24 and many others). It's more convenient time due to different causes (landing at light part of a day is one of the reasons) Low cloud ceiling is not any hindrance for this system.
