I understand what they're trying to do, but honestly they were pretty rude to Charlie saying he's essentially wasting his time. This is disappointing. The charity clearly put a lot of effort into sending the package and finding relevant newspaper articles, yet Charlie didn't even attempt to properly answer the questions. I think that it is rude for this organization to make fun of Charlie's videos and then ask for his help. I mean, if you want someone's help you don't usually mock their videos first.
