I think he goes to the future or something and comes back with control over his blasts.

I couldn't agree with zepp more! Great vid as well. It's unfortunate the society we live in mocks the ones who are noble and praises the BADASSES now!
@lee230591 I know its been 2 years since you commented that but I was on Wikipedia, they are going ot make a sequel to the main seris and James Mardsen and others are intretested in returning...
The slideshow is marvelous and the music surprisingly fits Cyclops whom I believe will one day gain the respect he deserves on the big screen along with the rest of the team in a stand alone X-Men film focusing on their origins. Apparently it'll be based on the "First Class" comics so hopefully they'll make an awesome movie out of it!
And Cyclops has been my favourite character in both the X-Men comic books and the cartoon series for the past twelve years and to see him so unfairly shunted in the films left a sour taste in my mouth! Notice how they made him seem vulnerable? The Cyclops of the comics could hold his own against the likes of Magneto, Wolverine, and a guest starring Ghost Rider but film Cyclops couldn't even last a single minute when fighting with Toad and Lady Deathstrike who are meant to be inferior to him!
Cyclops went from a veteran warrior, X-Men field leader, and the original protagonist of the comics to a physically weak, pussified loser who recieved almost zero screen time in the movies which was absolutley disgraceful considering he is the first X-Man! The filmmakers should've called the trilogy "Wolverine Origins I, II, and III" considering they're all about him, nobody else. The X-Men without Scott Summers (aka Cyclops) is like The Fantastic Four without Reed Richards (aka Mr Fantastic)!
Agreed..But I hardly consider the movies to matter, Those aren't made for us, their made for fans that no dick about the comics.We know the real Cyclops.
Cyclops has always been my favorite X-Men, waay better than Wolvorine

cyclops is my fav character to, i think it was crap how he wernt in the films properly, i always thought he ad the coolest power to.
