@milesrulezz I'd say every other day or 3 days a week to start, but once it becomes easier, every day is good too. By then, you might also want to add more advanced moves as well.
@milesrulezz Protein shakes are only good if the rest of your diet is already in check. No point in downing shakes if not eating properly in the first place.
If you keep at it, I'd say in about three months or so, you'd be in pretty great shape. The key is getting past the first month, since you may not see as much physical change, but once things get rolling, it will be quite noticeable.

Once again remember guys this isn't Crossfit so don't do full range of motion on your jumps and always be sure not to extend at top. This isn't Crossfit again..... so also don't kip. Those kipping pullups get you too tired and I cant do them so no kipping. Take a ten second break while not doing Crossfit as well.
Great video....this is definitely going to be added to my list of workouts, especially when there's a park near my house. From what I've been told, that park is like a goldmine for workouts like this!!

Just make sure you eat a nice, clean diet. Occasionally, I'll drink a Muscle Milk or something though. haha
This is a good video, your workout was clean & in good form. My one compliant is, change the title, this is a "calisthenic park workout", there is nothing "Thuggish" about this. Youtubers, dont get that term twisted, what you doin here is positive, so dont stain it with the term "Thug"!

It's just that most people out there just refer to working out at the park as "thug workout" or sometimes "Spartan workout" based on the first videos they saw on YouTube. It's kind of like the pop culture catch phrase. I understand that this represents positivity. I am far from a thug myself. haha

ps. one tip, look close at the landings @ 30 sec,
try to land always on the front of your feed instead of the middle of your feet, is better!
