I like this lesson summary a lot. However, there is one thing I do not understand. I have watched your class "super walk" where Oskar put emphasis on the woman using her heels when walking backwards. Does it not apply when she is wearing flat shoes?
To my mind, dancing on the balls or toes all the time results in the woman's instability?....
