Well of course it not about nationality, Just fighters. Puerto Rico has a much richer boxing tradition than the Phillpines, and where on a small island of less than 4 million..... But Cotto lost that fight because he didn't use his jab and he didn't have a decent trainer. He completly changed his gameplan after the first round, and no one could advice him on how to counter Pacquiao's offense.
