I have bad experience with 3D as the only movie I've ever seen was Spy Kids 3 and I think it ruined it for me. I should've seen Up in 3D :/

3D's nothing more than a pointless gimmick that gives viewers headaches and makes the picture look a little distorted. Clearly, Rodriguez only had the 3D in mind when creating Spy Kids 3; the rest was just total nonsensical writing. Same goes for Sharkboy and Lavagirl.

I really want to see Cloudy with a chance of meatballs but I have to wait intil november 26. I hate the diffrence betwen New Zealand releases and US ones. We were going to get Coraline and Up at the same time as US but they had to be moved to Augest 6 (coraline) and September 10 (up). I blevieve that you get Where the Wild Things are next mounth but we get it on December 3.

"Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" was the first 3-D movie I have seen, other than the annual "Nightmare Before Christmas", and although the movie was good, I actually thought the 3-D was subtle and unnecessary.

IMAX 3D is just much bigger, like an IMAX movie itself. Very cool.

I saw Spy Kids 3D as well and the 3D was awful! Things have greatly improved and I highly recommend you check out another 3D movie!

Well it is mostly CG I'll give you that, but it's some of the best CG I've ever seen if not the best. But a lot of it involves live action cameras and sets. But I guess we can't really tell with just one teaser trailer. But I do know, although I was unable to attend it, Avatar Day in iMax 3D was supposed to be absolutely breathtaking.
