I kind of admire the set design of this video... it's like French Restoration on acid... my only complaint with this video is that the younger version of the old woman is rather unattractive.

I've watched both versions, and I find it strange that the rape scene was considered too much for public audience.. I mean, this is metal - there's been far worse aired on TV from other bands, and what about the obvious womanizing in hip hop videos?

Anyways, it's a great song - the whole album is genius.

I love Kamelot. They've grown so much. I guess I was a little bit disturbed at the first video, but it was part of the story. That's what I like about Kamelot: their songs are a story. But if they aired this on TV, I think it was a wise thing to edit it. People already chastise metal enough as it is; we don't need to give them a reason that all metal influences rape and satanism. -_-;

I'm a french fan of Kamelot and I can just say that this band is the best I ever heared. Its too bad in France the Metal Music is not working a lot... Shame on the french music producers!! We need even more bands like this one!

Regarding the clip, they canceled the rape scene which make it more smooth for large people... Otherwise it was may be hard to diffuse it on tv channels probably.

Kamelot has really evolved alot, their sound is just amazing. I really like their new style, but I prefer the older songs from Fourth Legacy, Epica and Karma.

The "uncensored" is better because it helps to understand the story better (the rape scene, that's it) and it kinda makes everything more emotional. But both videos are great, and definitely are my favourite videoclips ever.

I promise you, Ghost Opera is an album that you will love, its not better than The Black Halo. I love this album.
