Interesting the 1870 date of formalizing into an American holiday! For 1870 is the approximate time-period of the first beast of Rev 13 receiving her 'mortal wound', which was not healed until the 1929 Lateran treaty. Very interesting how this Mithra/Sol Invictus worship rose around 1870, which coincides with many other elements of the second beast rising!

To start look up YHWH(tetragrammaton) in wikpedia-this will help with taking his name in vain also look up when the sabbath really is. It's not sunday ok and YAHWEH(GOD) never changed it. The title lord or god comes from the greek words theos and kryos(spelled wrong im sure:) YASHUA said He did not come to detroy the law he came to fullfill it. Don't use greek names on the Son of Elohiim eather. Jesus was a greek name. Yeshua is a jewish name, and Yeshua was jewish of the tribe of Yehudah. Also God is a name of a heathen god. Though Elohiim means Mighty or Almighty if you want. Lord to is not hebrew, but the name of a heathen god. The hebrew name Yod, Hey, Waw, Hey is the real name of Abrahams, Isaac and Jacovs Elohiim... I pronounce the name as Yahowah or Yehowah if you want. I like the original more than "the newer versions"

in your opinion, should Christians also reject Jesus' virgin birth under an Eastern star attended by three wise men, the crucifiction and resurrection, 12 disciples, and walking on water? Because all of those are attributed to MIthra, Horus, and Krishna as well.

Your video makes a lot of really good points about Christmas being a rehashing of old pagan holidays under a Christian banner. But isn't Christianity in its entirety, a rehashing of these religions? How is Christianity not Sun worship?

I know this is an old post and I'm not attempting to start an argument, but I want to encourage you to really seek out what Christianity is with an unbiased mind. It is not Sun=Son as some would have you believe. All similarities are a combined effort from "Christian" institutions attempting to be more palletable to Pagans by adopting their practices and also by Post-Christ Pagans attempting to Christianize their Pre-Christian gods.

I think the actual teachings of Christ and the way of life that he promoted were beautiful ways of living with the Spirit and understanding the world and universe around us. What I'm asking here is what you and/or the author of this video believe Christianity is. Which parts of the religion are not pagan? As I said, the virgin birth, 12 disciples, crucifiction and resurrection are all borrowed frim older pagan religion.

I know many Christians who see absolutely nothing wrong with "Nimrod-trees" and "Ishtar's-Eggs" it really concerns me. In fact I had to leave a church because of an issue concerning easter eggs.

The Catholic Church is a Pagan Christianity. Is there any wonder why the world thinks that Catholics and Christians are the same thing, when Christians take part of Pagan practices that the Catholic Church "stamped" with the name of Christ?

You are absolutely correct: people can change the name however they like, but the demonic spirit behind it is still present. The Bible teaches that the people who worship idols are in fact literally worshiping devils. In the New Testament we find a command from God, "Wherefore ('for which cause' - II Corinthians 6:14-16) come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, AND TOUCH NOT the unclean thing; and I will receive you.." - II Corinthians 6:14-18.
