Ok can someone please tell me this why his shield is different from his interview or other episodes when other times his shield is all solid? And POWER RANGERS IS ALWAYS WILL BE THE BEST SHOW IN THE 90's WATCH EVER SIGNLE EPISODE TILL TURBO WHEN HE RETIRES.

The American budget wasn't enough to fully replicate the Japanese armor, so in the episodes they were using the Japanese footage you would see the "good armor" and the original footage you would see the "bad armor"

If I can remember off the top of my head it was the episode where Rita made that one monster that would take the forms of other things (like Zords and ect) Either that or it had to do with Goldar, but I know it happened (or at least I think I know) before the Doomsday.

This was interviews of the actors in their characters, not a regular interview. If you notice they were in a hugh stadium speaking with their fans. I've enjoyed most versions of the Power Rangers, however the cast was great.

you will notice that when he is at full power he is usually shown wearing the solid shield and when he is weakening he is wearing the soft shield AND the light green suit instead of the dark green suit

The more solid costume was what was used in the Japanese footage, where Saban got all of the fighting scenes from. The softer costume was the duplicate that was made for the American footage.

I like Tommy and he was the breakout character of the show and one of the most popular of all time. Like Jason too. No offense to Zack fans but Zach just acted like he was way too cool. Never really liked Zack as he was one of my least favorites. Despite Billy being sweet, I heard that his actor David Yost was a total dick towards everybody. Not just JDF but the whole cast and crew during the second seasons and later on.

Tommy was always the favourite for me, always was and still is to this day. Plus he's the only guy I've ever seen that still looks completely hot with long hair, I dunno how but he made it work. I saw him lately in Dino Thunder and wow the dude must be what, 3o something and he still looks amazing. Go Tommy Forever!

Once Season 3 rolled around, you saw the cast get much more face-time as individuals. I think the issue was that with the short notice of Austin, Walter and Thuy's departures made it almost necessary to shift focus over to the most popular character on the show at the time.
