Also after FM u give  CMsus4 for 4 beats...i recommend u give CMsus4 for 2 beats then CM for remaining 2 beats...By the way ur Keyboard sounds great!!!

this is not the proper technique...ur right hand is ok..and ur left hand's tempo is right but u got to hold the power chords with the left hand..for ex: for holding Dm hold notes D & A together....tap D & A simutaneously with ur right hand working..

Great, helped me learn it fast. Only thing i'd change is play rotating ends of the octave for the left hand (ea. play low d, middle d, low d, middle d, ect). The lower should be struck alone, the upper should go with the chord
