@NesteHukka2 Once it's up, Leave it up, till you can get something to stop it from slamming onto the ground with it's multitude of tonnes.

If you let it slam, You may as well kiss the chassis and the suspension goodbye, and sell the crane as scrap.

2 don't clibm on an unsecure load use a work platform.

3.Do not stand under loads ie counterweights.

4. No Harness or landyads or fall protection used.

5 No safety hard hats, If its good for one man to wear than you all should wear them.

Thois is a perfect example of a (quick lets just get the crane back on its feet so it dosn't look so bad. But it now looks worse through the un thought ou process of retrievel.

As he booms in the weight goes back to the counterweight, however you are probably right looking at it again. I have had straight picks get my ars up in those cases winching down or booming in slowly will bring your ars down.

What a terribly bad design on that machine. Look were the center of gravity is, its prone to "tipping" over. The crane should be centered not offset to the left or right.
