@jacob20199 Well in an array of things, the actual King probably was using a Psychic Power to View over the Forsaken Fortress, and as he saw Link cast off into the Sea he probably shifted it all into crafting the boat. Trying to possess a boat and making it go fast while having it to talk seems like a pretty hard deed. So that's why he can't go to sea
