Sorry dude that's a matter of opinion. Lionel Richie's voice is much smoother than Kenny Rogers' and Lionel has a broader vocal range. Kenny's voice is stronger than Lionel's, I'll give him that, but that doesn't make him a better singer.

Don't forget the quality is pretty bad on this video - his version may top Kenny Rogers when you can actually hear their voices better to compare. I believe Kenny Rogers is better at it too, but i also think his voice is too hoarse and that a new age pop singer like Shayne Ward should cover it as a love song. Overall, I definitely like Wayne Wade's version the best, as I love his voice the most and I think his chorus at the end "your my ladyyy" is faaar more effective.
