I do have a quick question though... I'm 17, is 2 hours too long for the gym? I do 4-5 days a week (weekends off) and my workouts usually take around 2 hours but a lot of people say you shouldn't go over 45minutes to an hour? I just want to know how long is too long.
can u please make a short video briefly explaining how to even how lagging muscles? thank you as always

@emericaordie15 Try training your lagging muscles twice a week and once following a cheat meal.
