  • im ready to be a Gundam

  • that thing will be awesome when they use it in combat .... until someone drops an EMP and the person in the suit cant move cause of the wait of the suit itself

  • I say we need to make a nanosuit from like crysis the most bomb game eva

  • first step for SKYNET to take over the world lol

  • its all becoming true! robot technology will take over. so do I need to buy a battery pack for myself now or what? if I decided to become a robot I don't want to plugged in all the time. gotta have a 12+ hour battery!

  • Yay another step to robot take over

  • Hurray for more efficient ways to kill!

  • Hell yes! Soon big ass mechas will blows our asses off :D

  • Someday in the distant future, a fat guy is going to use this technology to spread peanut butter for his sammich.

  • kinda looks like starship troopers

  • why am i the first one to say

    ''give him a minigun!''

  • @ChukN0rris cause you saw this before i did...

    lol

  • its toally gonna look like iron man cuz thats basically the skeleton its gonna be encased in some tough armor

  • Metal Gear Rex!!! haha

  • Does anyone know how much this program has cost so far? Is it unrealistic to think a well funded private individual could produce their own?

  • 2:22 Not only Robocop, but Space Marine Ultramarines. I could go for that. Lol.

  • 2:22 Robo-Cop

  • They should make the armor like that on space marines. Also gives a nice effect.

And a blade inside a little room in the armor isn't to deny either.

Also, all armor should be two plates with a little space between them.

So that any bullet (i think) whould go through the first plate, after that the force of the bullet would then be so low that it wouldn't be able to go through the next plate.

(REMEMBER: I'm just guessing here, i got no proofs or anything, so don't blame me!)

  • @beam984 i was also just thinking, sooo space marine it hurts xD cant wait till they make it a full body amour suit with two shouldermounted gatling guns haha!

  • its a waste tho because if there is a ww3 it will be nuclear, these exo skelatons are obsolete, the government/military is far beyond our comprehension

  • true man sad but true mentaly ahead

  • are you retarded? this could help save millions of lives in a war and even if there is a world war 3 no country would be stupid enough to just carelessly send nukes, trust me its going to be a while before some shit like that happens. Maybe when we own more then one planet.

  • Look, we're not bad people. Sure we had bad history in America, but look. With this Exoskeleton, I'm sure we'll be sharing it with allies. We're not gonna become corrupt bad guys.

  • holy shit is it safe to let the u s make basicly iron man for the army

  • i wonder if it can take the positions of doing push ups

  • i wish they would put as much effort into acheiving world peace as they did on that exo skeleton.

  • yeah, i would use it to do awesome stunts lol...but more importantly i decide to use it for tasks and work

  • world peace. That'd be amazing. No racism, no "your wrong, we're right" it'd be amazing to have everyone live in harmony.

  • to be honest that suit would be for more than just military purposis. If you look at allmost all modern thecnological leaps they start as a military invention or the military takes it and funds it. Just becase its start withthat application in mind dosent mean that it is only for war the car was invented for the military and now it has changed life as we know it.

  • @highlandhammer. Usually most all high tech. is used for military purpose regardles of its impact on normal life.

  • @highlandhammer and NASA invented the first digital camera to bring photos down from satellites without landing them, now the head company who makes them is richer that the U.S o_o

  • (yeah).....But what if the safety line fails, as well as the standard power; while a soldier is lifting 200+ pounds over the shoulder level? Gonna be WORST than that guy @ the 2008 Olympics. "S P L A T !!!"

  • Jesus, if they armor this thing and mount it with effective weapons and efficient fuel cells, the Army and the Marine corps will be unstoppable.

  • hmm an emp or a simple magent would mess em right up.

  • It's pretty easy to shield electronics from EMP. And I figure they'll have the sense to make the suit out of non-ferrous material.
