no mr physicist1000. external force of gravitational is always appied on train and passenger to slow down the train. train needs constant enegy to keep the train to run in same speed to move the train itself and passenger. now the point is the passenger become the part of the train, like unbolted seat. so the whole example you have taken to explain is wrong.
