I have lived in West Virginia for my entire life and I know no one like these people. Obama is up 8 points in WV in the latest poll.

we should bring back some basic standard for voting. Like literacy tests, a poll tax, and a grandfather clause. The first test is whether your grandfather could vote. If not, like your an dirty immigrant, you can't vote. Then the literacy test. Don't pass you can't vote. Finally you must pay a fee based on the amount you paid in federal taxes the past year. The less tax you paid the more you must pay at the poll for the poll tax. This plan will keep out the wrong people from voting.
