guys i got a problem when i connect my ipod and i open itunes ok i see my folder i click it and theres all my music but its like blocked i cant listen or drag anything plz help.

Mine does something like that and i really need help... The program itunes will open immediately when i click it like 3-4 secs. But when i go to the store it will take up to 7-15 mins to load, and even then sometimes it will not do anything when i am in the store. Please help i have vista.

Ps. On another windows account on my comp it does just fine.
