The children themselfs ARENT evil. Its the naive innocence of the children that been twisted by the ADULTS around them. This game is looking at the filthy, cruel side of HUMANS, not just children. The creator used little girls because in the time this game took place, little girls were seen as sweet, admirable, and perfict in everyway, this this game is going on the fact that that isnt true. And the fact that Jennifer cant free brown or reach the scissors, is because this is a DREAM.

I actually remember reading about its ban in the paper a few years ago. In fact, if it wasn't for that paper I would of never of even learnt of this game so, I guess some good came out of that. Shame really, the brutality, the violence, the shear fact of suspense and thrills instead of constant blood and gore is a much better substitute. And some people actually complained about this game having strong sexual overtones. Other then a slight hint of lesbianism, I don't really see it.

Well, from what I had discovered, after taking the time and heart to walk around as Jennifer in the orphanage and when you go into different rooms and discover more belongings that were part of the characters in the game Jennifer starts to talk about her memories from her past when she was there.
