More specifically, it's the unit number of the garbage compacter that Han, Luke, Leia and Chewbacca fell into during their escape from the Death Star in Star Wars Episode IV.

The line "Hey, open the pressure maintenance hatch on unit number...where are we? 3263827!" was Luke telling C-3PO via comm-link which compacter they were stuck in, so R2-D2 could open the door.

An odd, obscure reference choice for a Doctor Who video, I'll grant... But there you go.
