alot of people forget that this song was written at a time when americans were fighting for theyr freedom against tyranny....now, when i see the flag of america, i think of tyranny....our government and the people that support it, have destroyed america...this is no longer a land of the free, it is the land of oppressive government and dictatorship...a land where the government is the master, and the people are subjects of the master...the opposite of the america over 200 years ago

I show my daughter this video so she can see the struggle and appreciate what black people and other cultures had to endure so she could have the freedoms that she has. It makes her cry every time. It also makes her do right. this is a very moving montage. and marvin gaye singing make sit even better.
