@MrFuzzydog4 Well it's the blasting cap that either has a fuse or a wire. If you have dynamite with just a fuse stuck in it, it's a big firecracker that doesn't use nitroglycerin as an explosive.

I gave a very good 1/4 stick to my cousin and made sure he used a delayed fuse. Actually several feet of underwater fuse were used. He did not want another one because several people could feel it in their chests/shockwave from about 100 feet away. I find that hard to believe but i wasn't there. I like tossing them into the water or getting them airborne with a wrist rocket sling shot/carefully.
