With the old look of the weapons, this seems like CoD and Counterstrike (similar HUD display and color) got together and had a baby named Resistance: Fall of Man... then you have a MoH battle on crack for the gameplay....
That teddy bear is a programer signature. Nobody was supposed to be able to see it.

as an "easter egg" that could be seen from inside the map.
if they wanted the glitches in there they would not be putting patches out there to get rid of them.
