@mcknighter23 tallest building on earth, it's an exhausting climb that took 6 hours, he prolly never done any climb like this before, so i'm guessing he went for the "better safe then sorry" approach. idk, a law requiring climbers to wear a rope sounds farfetched in a small island with no mountains.
