While I agree that hearing someone with a different view gives you a better idea of what is going on, Souljah's views are so pro-black and not pro-people that she will only draw people who are attracted to a similar message. Jesus, Gandhi, Thoreau, and MLK all appeal to people as a whole and actually fought for the 'least of them'. There is something inherently appealing in fighting a system, but only for a truly moral cause. Her cause is not just, she would simply transfer power.

The suggestion to take your energy and focus away from your people ( this is ALWAYS THROWN AT BLACK PEOPLE- ALWAYS) usually if not always, comes as a "suggestion" from a white person or a negro minded black person , or other non-white person, who is in a sexual relationship with them.

Christianity, Islam, democracy, and liberty are all ideas and beliefs that appeal to the 'whole of everybody, as you stated. To put one's energy to those efforts, regardless of who they are, is never a waste or misdirection. I admit that resources can be spread thin and each issue is best handled with discretion, but that doesn't take away from the value of the other causes.

We must reclaim the natural survival mechanism that is characteristic of virtually every other people.
