Sounds nice, but elements of this remix appear previously in the Unreal Tournament 3 song "Defector." (Listen to around 0:36 on Defector and 0:19 on this song.)

Maybe both artists used the same samples? Or Aidin sample the UT3 song which came out earlier.

It's very possible. As a composer, I use Logic Studio, which has a HUGE amount of random samples. You wouldn't believe the amount of match ups you could hear.

I've heard F-Zero GX's "Item Purchased" sound effect, all the way to Pilotwings 64's Goose saying "HEEHAAAA!!!". Some of the samples are even miniature songs, which I've heard in TV adverts, etc.

So yes, whether the composer of this song intended to use the same sound effect or not, it's perfectly legally to do so in this case.

unreal tournament is gay. and its new, so in my case, unreal tournament took part of the melody of the nintendo 64: perfect dark theme. ;-;
