Not familiar with Wealth brand, but I would say late 60's, give or take 5 years.

Hopefully you didnt gut it like the instructables rx.

Your radio would be considered collectible, unlike the crappy instructables one.

Well, the 60s where a good decade as well :) And no, I just soldered a mini-jack to it, thats all, easily reversed.
