This was the PC version of the game. I'm sure you can still do this on PS3 and 360 as well.

how much magicka do u need to buy the invisible spell and where and how much of anything do u need for the unlock average lock and hard lock?????

Whenever i shoot him with the arrow he just switches to armor and wont die then i get arrested??

@TheILogic the same thing was happening to me. you have to make sure you're in sneak mode and you are unseen when you shoot at him.
