Bull riding is not inhumane. What make them buck is the rope that is tied around their hind end and that don't like that. (No one else would neither). The bucking is their way of releasing the rope. Same thing with Bronc riding. Don't worry PETA, we aren't mistreating them.

Some people really need to do some research. I rode bucking bulls for a while and even back yard rodeos the bulls were treated pretty well. On the ranch when I shift fattening bulls into a fresh paddock they buck and kick into the air, so I can tell you that those movements are actually natural. Also bucking bulls live alot longer then fattening stock so I guessing your all vegetarian.
I despise animal abuse of any kind, but to be totally fair you can see that these bulls are in excellent shape. The speed and strength with which they move is always a good sign of good health. To see the difference, search for a bull fighting video and look at the contrast between those bulls and these bulls.

My family raised bucking stock, and just recently retired but if anyone had mistreated thier animals they would have taken care of it. These are very valuable animals and taken well care of. Most are better taken care of then some of your own family pets, so please quit saying they are abused. Yes some back water places have no regulations on how to handle the stock and don't care what happens to them, but for true rodeos they do care and wouldn't tolerate mistreatment of any kind.

I've been watching the PBR for years and I can say that these bulls aren't mistreated in any way. They're treated just as good (in some cases, better) than the guys who ride them. If you watch, you can clearly see that his testicles are not tied up and the PBR has not allowed the use of cattle prods for years. If they don't want to buck, they won't do it. I've seen plenty just stay in the chute, judges give the cowboys a re-ride and the bull goes back to his pen without a fuss.

You'd better get down to the chute and see what really goes on. Illegal or not, these animals are prodded continualy with a small el. prod hardly bigger than your hand. This is animal abuse.
The reason these animals buck is because of the tight surcingle put round the flanks. Bulls and horses are driven mad by it. Also in the chute just before release someone is electrically shocking them to drive them into a frenzy. This is animal cruelty, animals are not playthings for humans to abuse for cheap entertainment.

Some people really need to do some research. I rode bucking bulls for a while and even back yard rodeos the bulls were treated pretty well. On the ranch when I shift fattening bulls into a fresh paddock they buck and kick into the air, so I can tell you that those movements are actually natural. Also bucking bulls live alot longer then fattening stock so I guessing your all vegetarian.

I despise animal abuse of any kind, but to be totally fair you can see that these bulls are in excellent shape. The speed and strength with which they move is always a good sign of good health. My family raised bucking stock, and just recently retired but if anyone had mistreated thier animals they would have taken care of it. These are very valuable animals and taken well care of. Most are better taken care of then some of your own family pets, so please quit saying they are abused. Yes some back water places have no regulations on how to handle the stock and don't care what happens to them, but for true rodeos they do care and wouldn't tolerate mistreatment of any kind.

I've been watching the PBR for years and I can say that these bulls aren't mistreated in any way. They're treated just as good (in some cases, better) than the guys who ride them. If you watch, you can clearly see that his testicles are not tied up and the PBR has not allowed the use of cattle prods for years. If they don't want to buck, they won't do it. I've seen plenty just stay in the chute, judges give the cowboys a re-ride and the bull goes back to his pen without a fuss.

It might be called a flank strap but it is what causes these animals to buck. This is it's function to irritate the animals or it wouldn't be there. You'd better get down to the chute and see what really goes on. Illegal or not, these animals are prodded continualy with a small el. prod hardly bigger than your hand. This is animal abuse.

The reason these animals buck is because of the tight surcingle put round the flanks. Bulls and horses are driven mad by it. Also in the chute just before release someone is electrically shocking them to drive them into a frenzy. This is animal cruelty, animals are not playthings for humans to abuse for cheap entertainment.
