  • I think the western public are very well suited to Buddhism. Mainly because they lead a plentiful life & maybe discovering an emptiness.

  • @powerface, he is not dead....

  • to anyone...... what type of drugs? what about drugs for bi polar...try curing that on your own......with thought patterns......i'm sure some must be able but wow...I am very strong minded and dont come close with medications

  • @condortorak The most advanced Dialetical Behavior Therapy is a combination of drugs and Zen Buddhism. Literally.

  • @condortorak The more aptly named manic-depressive disorder is an mood disorder not a personality disorder. One may liken the turbulent emotions manic depressive's experience to the weather. Weather is very real, you do get wet when it rains and you cannot simply wish it away. The key to any disorder is therapy to identify the incidence, provide pyscho-pharmacology if it's deemed necessary to bridge the individual at the onset, and the creation of different schemas (zen? positivity? humanism?)

  • @dead Jesus

I'm an ordinary bloke from the northeast of England , work on a building site , like football women sport etc etc , I've never been religious or spiritual

But I still I'm totally hypnotised by this fella , he's trained his mind since he was four to promote and become all that he believes in

He speak truth and he's right in all the things he says .

Your comment is supply awful .

I feel sorry for you .

  • @DeadJesus100

Really? He's speaking a language which is not his first, and trying to convey some pretty powerful ideas in the process. You have a lovely personal attack (ad hominem) argument which goes nowhere. It's foolish to NOT listen to this man.

  • Why is it some people who cannot support their thoughts and ideas must respond, instead, with disrespect, ridicule, demonization and/or dehumanization? Really, a monkey?

  • send this video to your friends with depression. he speaks the truth :)

  • Simply precious! How lucky we are watching these teachings. These lessons are incredibly full of love and make us stronger in our everyday life. I'm grateful for this present!

  • I can understand every word. He speaks great English and his sense of humor comes through and he is just LOVE and joy!! Thank you!

  • There's a video on utube where the DL is talking at UCLA and someone in the audience asks him about how technology and specifically the internet is affecting us, and very curtly says I dont use that and don't have anything to say about it essentially. I'm glad he's trying to put some effort into applying his thinking to this now.

  • 1. Before last 200 years, comfort came from faith. Now comes from technology. Sensory comfort, not mental comfort though. 2. Mental state can subdue physical discomfort. Physical state cannot subdue mental discomfort. So, mental state is more serious. 3. Mental health cannot be purchased. Drugs = more illusions. It must come from within the mind itself. 4. The mind gets healthy not by faith alone. It comes only from genuine conviction, which comes only from research and investigation.

  • @s73ve88 Thank you for the explaination. I do not mean this disrespectfully, but I think he should probably just speak in his native tongue and let someone else interpret.

  • @DevonWhorton Hi, there! I agree that he 'd better to speak in his native tongue

and let someone else interpret. (._.) Thank You!

  • @s73ve88 THANK YOU!

  • @rahulthube2009 dont me all? how can we not with all these distractions? what you need to develop is your focus.

  • @StrangersInTheLight Thank you .

  • @rahulthube2009 i have an indecision problem!

  • @Simon0

I have the procrastination and indecision problem too! Are you better now? If so, how did you do it?

  • @1Liann i still kind of have it.

One thing which helped me was the idea that if you have a choice between 2 alternatives.. it is not necessarily the case that one choice is right and one is wrong. Both choices can be right. therefore you dont need to worry about doing the wrong choice as there is no such thing. So just choose whichever one you feel.

If you choose the choice that maybe was not as good.. it doesnt matter. You still gain from doing what you thought you wanted to do..

  • awesome

  • Thank You very much for uploading indeed.
