Its patched, but still possible to do.

You ever seen someone taunt and Q switch weapons so they taunt with a different weapon? Example heavy spinning his minigun on his finger then putting it on his shoulder: Shotgun taunt switched to minigun.

If you can do that, you can deadringer taunt kill. Just use the same timing only put deadringer on instead of switch weapons.

Takes a few tries to learn how to do it right but its so rewarding.
