Too bad David Jaffe is leaving Eat Sleep Play in march. He co-created TM, but now is leaving to start another studio & doesn't have plans for a sequal to TM 2012. Scott Campbell, the other TM co-creator said Jaffe & the studio "are going in 2 different directions." Hopefully Sony Santa Monica will continue TM in the future cuz it would suck if the series is done after this awesome return.

@DarksideSlasher Scott Campbell plans on doing casual games or something, and Sony still owns TM, so there's still hope that Jaffe may be put in charge of a sequel. He has said that he has no CURRENT plans but would consider coming back to the series some day.

Wow, they really brought it home with Calypso. It's a shame they couldn't bring back his TM2 voice talent though. TM2 Calypso's voice combined with this version of his design would make for a perfect evil.

Regardless, I really like this version of Calypso a lot. It's a return to his classic (not original) appearance, with a delicious twist that makes him look rather satanic and intimidating. I simply can't wait for this game!

@jaksk82001 well i really enjoy the demo so far. idk if you should get JUST this game though (although i got a ps3 specifically for metal gear solid 4, but that's like my favorite game series and i just had to play it)

so if you like to play online a lot, that's basically what this game was made for, and i suggest getting it. if you're going for story, well then apparently it's still supposed to be great, but i don't think people will generally want to go back and play it for no reason.

who the fuck cares? they see it as the cars are the "characters" or some meta shit. and he said if this does well they'll bring everybody back(drivers and all since you can play pretty much everyone's car). it all goes towords a better story(rather then arcade-like) so i say let them.

but, i'm glad they have the characters that they do, cuz dollface is a female, sweet tooth's a clown with flames on his head, mr grimm's a black dude, and i love using preachers in video games to kill massive amounts of people
