bell trucks are the best ive had them in mud up to the top of the front fenders and drove right through it no problems the volvos we had couldnt even get close to where the bells would go
i just wanted to point out that it's either a BELL or a DEERE and either 25,30,35 tons. can't really tell. also, until very recently, Deere trucks were just rebranded Bells.
depends really i work on these all day everyday they depend on op weights and then carrying ability but usually for a A40 which it looks like it is 39 000 kgs
@MrArnold1972 An A25C has a rated payload of 22500kg, the 25D and E both rated at 24000kg, so ya can't exactly say its number equals its payload. I do agree with you on Volvo being one of the best as Cat are absolute bags of trouble and would get stuck on a condom where as the Volvo's just keep goin. Have seen poorly maintained D series give alot of hassle too but as said they were badly maintained.
@Hakkeholt I think majority of Volvo small to medium sized engines are supplied by Deutz. It was always transmission or drivetrain failure I witnessed on the trucks, but I'm pretty sure it was down to them being poorly maintained as other trucks never gave so much as a kilogram of trouble
Never rode a Bell but I can tell you CAT dumpers are POS. Maybe Terex are even worse. VOLVO rules. Amazing machines. The Rolls Roice of all articulated haulers. Try one and you know what I mean. Nothing can beat them in driving comfort and performance.
@schl0tte Bell are the business. Worked with a company who bought six B50D's, oh how i miss that V8 rumble and being mercedes powered its even one step closer to that rolls royce

@GlobalMiningMachines
I remember the first A25d's had Deutz engines wich caused most of the trouble, later d's got real Volvo engines.

rookie driving that Bell... i drive the same thing at work and you don't have to dump them that slow... the CAT Rock Trucks are better anyways
