If I had the chance to develop a X1 type vehicle i will also add magnetic brakes which never fade, and have limitless braking power and work when cold or too hot, and a gas turbine powered engine that consistently produces over 4000hp at a constant 50,000 rpm, the throttle controls the slip differential which mediates how much power gets transmitted, not produced, a cvt which removes shift times and aero strakes to produce df when air gets sucked into the turbine.

They should of given it some sort of super rotary engine as well, now i'm not a RX7 fanboy but come on! Remember the 787B? It won the Lemans of the year it took part in, and to top it off after the race the engine was still capable of running another lemans, so so so much potential there. The Red Bull X1 is just a virtual car that happens to be the answer to what if people build a car that dosent care about the speed regulation of real racing events like the F1 for example and goes on to be the fastest car in the world.

@ItsTheAlfred A driving simulator doesn't confirm physics. It operates on the inputs that it is given, which include the precalculated values for the car's aerodynamic forces. You could design a bus and run it through a simulator with the downforce and weight-distribution stats of an F1 car, but that doesn't make it possible.

There are minimal aerodynamic aids at the front of the car, no underfloor and a minuscule front wing, so no downforce and no front grip.
