When I was christian the head of the church in my city had like 13 luxury cars, while the congregation are living pay check to pay check. You see the game is this, the people keep giving the preachers money because the preacher states the more you give the more you get back, so in return the people that give the most are the poorest or elderly. The preacher uses his wealth as a testamony,, saying "I gave a look how rich I've become!" It's big pimpin baby, big pimpin, know youv'e been played!!!!!
This is exactly why their followers don't like The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. These preachers kept the truth from them, and at the same time manipulatively brainwashed them. They should have tried what The Church of Jesus Christ is doing best in spreading God's Only Truth to every part of the globe...volunteerism!. Let them find real jobs & volunteer their times building the Kingdom of God here on earth.
To associate evil greedy men with other good people that teach the gospel is foolish. That's like saying the Bishop of the 2ond ward that cheated millions out of gullible members represents the whole LDS church.

These bloodsucking preachers are well versed with the Bible & that's all they do day-in & day-out. They claimed to have Ph.Ds of speaking in "many tongues" & they do just that.
God too has a financial system that these guys need to learn more about instead of their own
I don't agree with some of these wild televangelists. To me they are self indulgent and wrong in the way they use people to increase ratings. Some of them display a Jerry Springer type of religious meeting.
How wild is acceptable to God? Is reverence the only thing God will accept to worship him? In your own BookofMormon there are stories of "revival" type meetings where men receive the spirit and fall to the ground.
Did you know that the so famous group of people during Jesus Christ's ministry is the Pharisees? The name denotes "SEPARATISTS" They prided themselves on their strict observance in many laws & particularly of spiritual prides.
I don't have to 'cause I know what a Protestant Christian sound like 'cause I've been there & did that myself
You just stuck your foot in your mouth. You are separatist from other Christian churches and pride yourself in the strict observance of laws and oridinances.
As far as joining a church, as long as they teach the devinity of Jesus and grace that "cannot" be paid for they are Christian in my book, and the Bible for that matter.
To me, the Bible is the word of God. Restitution in the Bible does not mean there was ever a need for restoration like Joseph Smith claimed.
If you remove the identities of who gets the money you end up with the same tax free bank accounts. How they spend it is another story. Jesus never said that a teacher could not be paid for his work. If a teacher travels afar he could ask for help to sustain himself. You need to throw down the gauntlet of self interest and self righteousness.
The lds church is another movement that has fallen away from Biblical Christianity. You pay for grace and are rewarded with godhood and eternal polygamy.
