I agree, come on Paul, show us your photo reading skills with a book you have never seen before, get an independent person to verify the material and then read ten pages of that book and tell us what information is contains!

How do we know that the subconscious is not being activated by his hand movements and the thoughts that are going through his mind. Like I wonder if this is really working. Notice how when he first turns pages the scale jumps. Then when he turns a lot of pages it jumps more and more. Turning pages could become a subconcious process. If they wanted to be more accurate with there research they would have the pages turning for him and he just sits there. There are confounds in this research.

Turning pages are not part of the subconcious mind, obviously the bars are going to increase more and more because he is going more faster....in other words, the brain is getting more and more data through photofocus, I recommend you give it a try, it's really nice.

Actually, the person who posted the video said the spikes were theta waves, which are related to motor functional parts of the brain. If this is true, then they ARE in fact correlated with the motion of his hands. The more motion, the higher that particular wave would be.

To be honest, the electroencephalograph machine that this speed-reading product throws in is just a gimmick to make you believe it is doing something remarkable, when in fact it is simply recording the usual activity of motion

the brain wave on the left handside is delta and theta wave which mean the activity in the non-consicous mind and the right hand side is beta and alpha is the activity of the consicous mind (none at the moment), in the video, a large amount of non-consicous activity is seen, which means he is using the non-consicous part of the mind to "read" the book rather than the conscious mind like normal people do. it is this EEG that proof Photoreading work
