humane meat is really expensive, but field raised eggs and organic milk aren't too bad price wise.

The stuff about animal science made me mad because I work at a lab were
we keep livestock but we only experiment on their DNA and sometimes clone
them but don't hurt them. This makes me sick it makes me want to

Sorry, but this is nothing but propaganda. Why? Firstly, because it is not representative for "normal" science, at least nowadays. The movies shown are old, everyone can see that. No sane man would burn a conscious pig in the name of science today.
Secondly they got the facts wrong. Of course we are no mice, but we are related and share a lot of common physiological systems, which of course can be investigated leading to new therapies, which we all profit from everyday.

The truth is, no one in their right mind would dare volunteer as test subjects, therefore we use animals? Its faster, its quicker, right? If it wasn't for medical testing on animals, the average person would be dropping dead at the age of 40.
If you really are against animal testing, you shouldn't be taking flu shots, kemotherapy, insulin, or even tylenol.
Wake up to reality people. It may be uncomfortable to watch, but it's worth it to get to live to see you're grandkids one day.

There are many reason why the average lifespan has more than doubled since the beginning of recorded history, and one of those reasons is animal testing.
