  • shatter effect?

  • Welll.... what do you think of mine vid /watch?v=tODKaUn-xOM

  • OMG this is terrible. Apparently someone turned off gravity.

  • @schlenbea And did some slowmotion at the sound

  • @schlenbea lol I think he meant it to be in slowmotion

  • @schlenbea Lol this guy didn't know how to set the gravity obviously, click and drag the direction for it to go, maybe he lives on the moon

  • HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAHHAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAALOOOOOOOOOOL

  • This building will be kicked for high ping...

  • gravity affects everything...

  • was debris made of paper

  • debris is way too slowm, and looks animated too. I just dont like it.

  • Good until the slow mo at 0:10

  • well its good but looks a little fake but i can tell you worked hard on it soo good job keep trying :)

  • Hey I think tat this could be da CN tower

  • looks fake.

  • debris is way too slow

  • The builders should have used more material !

  • ROFL debris are transparent and slow mo falling !!!

  • haha DIBRIS HITS THE CAMRA LOL :D

  • there goes that tall tall tall building in tronto canada

  • Can someone point me to a tutorial on how to make the bits fly/debris off to make it look real? Or even post a reply to this on how to, thanks in advance - Cricketgd.

  • World in conflict!

Awsome video im proud of you son!

  • i love the noise when the rocks fall :D !!

  • Ok, so it was ALRIGHT, but 2 things in the beginning when it FIRST starts to explode, it has its Fails, and epicness, I dont have AFTER EFFECTS (I only have 32 bit not 64) but try and make it a little more real. 2nd is when the (blue) glass hits the ground it should shatter into more pieces, considering it is glass. But other than that GOOD JOB.

  • @SnoopyAirsoft the version he used was 32 bit only... only CS5 is 64 bit, and you can probably find CS4 on Amazon or eBay.

  • @TheFXGuy Yeah, but I dont feel like paying for it...

  • sv_gravity 400 zomgg!!!!

  • whx does everything has to fall in the diretion of the viewer? :D

nvm good work, gravity is a bit low^^

  • #LOL

  • lol

  • Hello. good work Did it a little different with an AE standard effect and many particles. I think the right mix of particles and smoke is doing the job.

  • Low Gravity LOL

  • howdid you get that tower to shatter like that

  • where does al the blue shit come sfrom and debris falls whey faster than that but it isnt bad icould do it

  • @7249xxl you don't know where the blue glass came from?? watch it again... its too obvius...

  • omg fail

  • put the radious up more it makes the particles smaller if you didnt know already

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • looked nice before the debree came down

  • did u use MAXD3 to make the debis? or what did u use to render it?

  • Please make a tutorial! :D PLEASE

  • hey it was really cool!! but how did you do the 3D tower explosion in after effects?

  • pretty good for cgi

  • ahaha :D LOL

  • lol the glass are like lego or something

  • fatality

  • at first it was cool but the broken glass sucked

  • WTF =D

  • i know it is fake but it sounds to fake

  • 00:29 through 00:32 reminded me of dasboschitts vids because of the sound

  • gay

  • was good but the sound effects of things hitting the ground was just fucking anoying

  • rubbish

  • Great Sound effects!

  • nice soundeffects, but you have to work on the explosion

  • needs to be speed up

  • Wait... Rigid bodies? In AE? Strange...

  • i think that debris actually fall faster :)

  • @jluk92 slow motion dumbass..

  • @jluk92 Maybe it was slow-motion... :)

  • @jluk92 its slow-mo

  • wooooooow how did you do that nice

  • awesome

  • not bad :) you need to give the debris textures/bump mapping though maybe - and get rid of the smashing monitor toward the end as the shattering glass effect doesnt have very good physics adaptability. Other than that good work :D

  • um.... yeah
