  • no shame in reworking and re-imagining your own art. Trent Reznor has made a career of puting out interesting music then remixing / reworking the hell out of it.

  • the white man is where he belongs

  • Looking at robs life I am a huge reborn fan, imagine being in his shoes you would be the same way! and this song is way better in metel then it was in rap rob I hope you continue and come to oregon man! I don't know of a person who has over come all the Corporate media BS like you did god bless man

  • This is horrendous, anyone who thinks otherwise has terrible taste in music. Banging on drums as loud as you can and playing bass as loud as you can while rapping, barely fitting to the instruments which are barely together is not good.

  • LIKE HIM OR NOT, HE GETS CREDIT FROM ME FOR RE-INVENTING HIMSELF AND NOT WALLOWING IN SELF PITY AFTER HE FELL FROM GRACE. THIS GUY TOOK ALOT OF SHIT.

  • Shitty nu-metal.

  • so gay no wonder suge thought he could get away with dangling his punk ass off a balcony

  • This poser has managed to hit every cliche....AGAIN.

  • This song came out in 98 or 99, not 2001.

  • It's like Limp Bizkit, but... worse.

  • Does he get carbon credits for recycling content?

  • The point I was making is that Rob has made a career out of embracing and imitating current musical stylings. This is obviously true, although I prefer his original practice,Hip Hop.

  • he's obviously copying korn, which was hot at the time, still awesome.

  • @JackieSweetlips He's not copying KoRn. Ross Robinson produced the track, he was the same producer that worked on all of KoRn's albums as well as Limp Bizkit and Sepultra.

This is like saying Snoop Dogg or Eminem are copying of Dr. Dre because they have a G Funk beat...

  • @JackieSweetlips Korn did the instrumental for this song on the album version if I remember correctly.

  • 90's STYLE BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i.freakin.love.this.

  • This is what happens after a hot night between bloodhound gang and limp bizkit . No pun intended...

  • slice like a ninja cut like a razorblade yeah this was a sick version

  • He didn't hop on any trend. He made this music because he wanted to express himself this way.

  • This is fucking amazing!!!!!!!!

  • need more raprock like this.

    powerful instrumentals..

    just the gay lyrics...

  • INTENSE!

  • Greatest song ever...

  • so ice had bleached blond hair before eminem?

  • @metalmadness00: Nah, this was in 2001. Eminem was around before then.

  • Hard to Swallow was released in 1998 not 2001

  • @metalmadness00: Oh. Either way, Eminem had blonde hair in like '96 - '97.

  • Eminem didn't bleach his hair until '98

  • @metalmadness00: If you knew all of this, then why did you even ask in the first place? o_O

  • you educate wheter these douches wanted to or not

  • ok remain in the 90's where your fame is........ in the toliet because this is shit.

    thank god for Eminem

  • Dude fuckn ROB will fuck shit up!

  • ICE IS MAXIMUM!

  • really , does someone likes this ???? He should have stayed like a One Hit Wonder , he sounds like Fred Durst being raped

  • Vanilla ice is the shit..................

  • wuda bn good in90 instead of orig

  • it has power i like it.

  • This song kicks such an uncountable amount of assholes.

  • Hilarious.

Was it supposed to be? oO

  • he had to get some of his respect back with this

  • :/ this was actually made back in 1998.

  • popium

  • Vanilla ass is Fred durst's father !!!!!!!

  • he still goes by vanilla ice?

  • god this sucks so bad

  • POSERO CULIAO PENKA... iwal no esta mal el tema... PERO ES UN POSERO DE MIERDA...

  • When I heard Ross Robinson produced this record I had to check it out. And you know what? It's not half bad.

  • Vanilla Ice is the ultimate trendhopper, he needs to be shot on sight, fuck this prick.

Everything bad about Nu Metal summed up into 1 song.

Had a failure of a career? No fucking problem, switch to Nu Metal.

  • its funny how many people think this is korn...plus fred durst! just bc a dude was bobbing his head like fred doesnt make him fred durst! lol

  • @Enjoimusic182

No, but this is an imitation of Korn and Limp Bizkit, but impossibility even more shit.

Also, he his hair is just like Fred Durst's/Eminem's.

  • @007ToxicVenom It sounds like Korn and Limp Bizkit for a reason. The producer for this album, Hard to Swallow, also worked with Slipknot, Korn, and Limp Bizkit.

  • it's really pretty good for nu metal

  • he went from a track pants hopping poser to fred durst

  • Nu metal ^^

  • MY ADIDAS ROCK AGAIN!

  • What a boss! Flipped it on em. Ice cold mofo's!

  • thumbs up if u like this song!

  • Where can you download this for an iPod?

Can someone send a link please?

  • I think that this son is on itunes

  • @ThereAintNothingHere "Too Cold" is on iTunes or Amazon. BTW, this was released in 1998 and not 2001. I remember it being a major part of his installment of Behind the Music on VH1.

  • korn sounds good with this guy

  • @synisterseven Its not korn

  • @synisterseven not korn, its vanilla ice

  • for he is the vanilla of the ice which is why he is the famous

  • vanilla ice is soooo much better a metal head he should b huge for this stuff

  • wow really good, really should have been a hm song, never noticed how dark the lyrics were until now

  • @hilt9041 I know this arrangement sounds cool but...let's just say that somewhere in a dark studio Fred Durst plowed a famous pop star and then she a tear cuz you called these lyrics dark: watch?v=9I0m36WJ_6Y

  • Not too long after Limp Bizkit's breakthrough and "Chocolate Starfish" shit. Coinicidence?

  • The guy who uploaded this got it wrong. Vanilla Ice's album Hard to Swallow released in 1999, not 2001.

  • Hes way better metal

HEAVY METEL NU OR OLD SCHOOL 4 EVA

  • I think this song is f#ckin' bad!!!! I'm the lead singer for River Runs Red. I love the metal hook on this song. Cool lyrics, and a mad crazy guitar hook. I dig, although some may disagree. Fuck you dude, call it guilty pleasure. In my opinion, it was MEANT to be a metal song. I love it, and I can already hear two ding-dongs calling me a moron (guitarists). Fuck 'em. Go Van Winkle, Go!!!!!!!

  • I think it's the sh#t. I'm a lead singer for an anonymous metal band. It's my guilty pleasure. This was meant to be a metal song. Don't tell my lead guitarist, but go Van Winkle Go!!!!!! Sweet lyrics, no matter what decade we're in.

  • das geht ab!

  • not bad.

nu metal goes good with V ice.

  • This song is sickk

  • then that makes him a fake then...lol

  • Lol this was 1998 man.

  • not bad!!! i had to search this song when i read in MAXIM that this is chuck "iceman" lidell`s favorite song.

  • @jekkv2 Really!? Awesome!

    WHOOP! WHOOP! MMFWCL!

  • He just wanted to find his own element...

The Nu-Metal was the perfect fit for a rapper who wanted the more of his sound.

Don't trash him, every one makes mistakes.

  • mistake???....i actually like this song...music is music, forget that genre shit

  • I like it too, but everybody doesn't..

  • Comment removed

  • surprisingly good.

  • better than the original

  • Once again trying to capitalize on a genre that he (Robert Van Winkle) has nothing to do with.

  • Amazing! It´s even worse than the "original"...

  • I feel so dirty for liking this..

  • this is around the time limp bizkit and all the nu metal bands were getting famous. its a shame vanilla ice wasnt able to get his second chance during that era, his career wouldve lasted longer this time.

  • lol at least this version isn't a queen rip off

  • word to his mutha

  • 2001? This came out in 1998. From the album Hard To Swallow.

  • Wow, this is pretty dope.

  • I don't care what anyone says, put this on a limp bizkit playlist and put it on the next time you play beer pong and bang your head.

  • sorry i dont live in a trailer

  • sorry that you live under a fuckin rock and don't know how to live

  • shit i like both versions fuck it u get drunk and the origanal plays your gonna dance

  • funny but its good

  • this man needs help.

  • it took me a couple times to realize how laughable this song is..........

  • Yo! VIP,

A couple times!? That was a couple times too many. Word to your mother.

  • Man, I like it.

  • stop the pain

  • i cant take this version seriously. i just want to laugh after hearing this. whatever its his thing

  • Rob Van WInkle is da man. He got a serious bad rap (no pun intended) from his old style. Knowing what he went through, Im suprised he survived it all. More power to him!

    MCL V Ice!

  • ppl think this is only villina ice but its not korn caled them in and did the instraments and if its only villina ice then why is it on korns untitled album?

  • will it ever stop... yo i dont know

  • haaaa me gusta mas la original q onda con esta rola :S la neta el metal hip hop no le keda

  • Que pinche basura

  • V-Ice iz da Man! Juggalo luv homie

  • poser

  • I like this too.

  • I love this version!

  • let him roll he made his off the original who cares he put on some steel toes and kick an ol popular song and made it bump, More power to this guy.

  • vanilla ice got owned by bad publicity.

    i just like music.

  • Fuck haters. Anybody old enough to remember when the original came out was bumpin it! This is a fresh new twist. Not as commercial. If you don't like, don't watch. Hater.

  • Comment removed

  • lol i like the tune. but after hearing the original b4...i just cant take this seriously XD

  • actually. he should have done this to begin with...KoRn was a perfect choice

  • it's not korn stupid, watch the video, no korn members to be found, that is just a rumour. All the musicians on this song are in the video.

  • thats awesome. u corrected me. what do you want a purple heart?

  • thts for if u get hurt dumbass

  • ...and a cold beer if you have one!

  • this is yummy down on this by bloodhound gang

    wat?

  • "like a poisonous mushroom" wtf lolol

  • oh my

  • This song makes me LOL so hard.

  • hahahahaha that was horrible!

  • Just so oyu know, he started with metal, but his label wanted him to do rap, so he did. Then when they dropped him, he got back to it.

  • You might wanna check his wiki ;)

  • well haha most of his new stuff is crap

  • Not really. Eminem is fucking amazing.

  • only his early songs were like 8 mile road, lose yourself and others

  • Ross Robinson made miracles...

  • Vanilla Ice Nu Metal version is the great songs

  • if he had done this to begin with i think i would have listened to more of his music

  • Comment removed

  • the thing is, korn to awesome to do that

  • no thank you

  • and yes on the game soundtrack it is labeled very clearly...KOrN and vanilla ice...no joke

  • like 4 years ago when i download this song it said vanilla ice and korn and the song was ice ice baby

  • sweet song. this is from the ps1 game championship motocross featurting ricky carmichael. pretty much the most realistic motocross game out there till this day!

  • This is possibly the best remix EVER! Well in my opinnion..

  • SLICE LIKE A NINJA CUT LIKE A RAZOR BLADE

    need words with it man

  • DUUUUUUUUUDE

haha omg this is fucking AWESOME!

  • I love this song, pure rapcore

  • fuck you

  • man I need a sweater...

  • too cold dammit

  • ya i no its 25 out!

  • This is a nice alternative to Ice Ice Baby. This is more awesome than the original because it's alternative! Which is what I love! Espically the chours!

  • This song honestly pumps me up, i dont really give a shit who the artist is!

  • Vanilla Ice... I dont know if the original is better...

  • it aint

  • Vanilla Ice comes harder in ONE SONG than Metallica did in their ENTIRE CAREERS

    TOO FUCKING COLD!!!

  • um.....ur kidding right?

dont get me wrong, i like this better than the orginal...and the "platinum underground" version....and the "vanilla ice is back" version...

but metallica's career is consistent....this dude has reinvented himself TOO many times......we had to wait for EMINEM to come and repair all white rapper's reputation.

  • Eminem had like what 3..4 good songs, I don't think he did white rap much justice

  • dude eminem is sick

  • how is his new track?

  • some ppl talk shit bout this about ppl in bad and somtimes lyrics (understandable) but i just love the sound i dont care about that other bullshit its music!

  • not too bad

  • it's almost time for him to make another remake on the dawn of the 20th aniversary of the Ice Ice Baby, but this time he can call it "Ice Cold Baby" & I'm sure the talented young man will prosper beyond words when it's released, when he hits it big again he can lure more underage girls into his hotel room for sex as he tours the countryside performing this song over & over again.

  • Rofl, I know, like exactly, and plus the reason I love this comment so much is your username XD

  • it blows my mind that people like this....I.C.P fans suck.

  • w00t!

  • Love that he went crazy. He made some shit with ICP aswell. Friggin awsome!

  • not bad!

  • fuck off you fake ass wigger cracker.

  • Bet he'd kick your puny ass. :P

  • wow....i found this song by accident and it PWNS!!! rock on ice, rock on!!!

  • haha wow i cant believe you guys like this guy

  • hell yeah gots this jam on my ipod, this jam is jus killer...

  • once a poser, always a poser.

  • This Isn't f-ing Korn, it shows the people who actually play the song with ice on this song in the video, and none are the members of korn!!!!

  • eh...i've heard better. i like metal, but i prefer the original to this song

  • ice sucks korn sucks.....the song is funny but definitely not good
