at 50 you get body armor. right now i'm trying to get the packages before i attempt any missions on staunton right now. up to 62 i did the math theres 33 on portland and 36 on staunton. one package is on the bridge leading to shoreside but need to get there to get it. so my math is 68 until i do the missions 69 will be when the bridge is in use. nice video.
