Kancho Yokoyama is the real deal, he was my Sensei. I have yet to see any martial artist who could even come close to him, and he is a great teacher and person as well. Last I heard he was still teaching here in Houston Texas, but that was several years ago. If you have the opportuntiy to train under Kancho you are truly blessed.

He still teaches Karate in Spring. He teaches out of the Giammalva Racquet club.

Houston, TX. He's had two dojos near Louetta and Steubner Airline. Though he no longer teaches publicly, it's rumored he teaches privately. He has a brother, named Yoshi, who has a Dojo in Japan.
