The results are nothing like each other if you know what you are doing. Think of it this way - in a crock pot you put in a group of bright tasting different vegetables, often some wine, and possibly some meat. You get out a grayish-brown homogenous muted congealed meal. Everything has been smeared into one flavor, but the meat is tender.
In a pressure cooker, individual flavors can survive just fine. Of course if you put too many different things together, then you will have the same mess.
I would think a pressure cooker is also alot healthier considering both ways are exposing to the same heat but pressure cooking is doing it alot faster., vitamins are damaged by heat yes we know but it is about the time they are exposed to the heat also., logically pressure cooking must be healthier
I have a pressure cooker (rice cooker) and it is the shizz. It makes rice amazingly, and I made rice and beans in 20 minutes and it came out delicious..

I would say that the taste of roasts, chicken etc and veggies that I make in the pressure cooker are more fresh tasting as compared to slow cooking.
Amazing flavor and done in 20 minutes cooking time.
Great in case guests show up unprepared! Just toss in veggies, meat water and seasonings. Fast and tasty with no more prep time than slow cooking!

Is there a trade-off like a rushed taste in pressure cookers versus slow cooked in a crock pots?
