DEFINITELY his voice/singing. I was sitting in the other room when he recorded this; and I can assure you there was NO lip syncing going on. As for the OTHER guitar you're referring to...Have you ever heard of a Mac computer?? You can record instrumental tracks of as many instruments as you'd like to play back and sing to. He simply played & recorded a couple extra tracks for fill before he laid his singing track.
