It looked like that tree got clipped by the tornado toward the end of the video, but then it was still standing after the funnel passed. Either a really strong tree or the tornado actually passed in front of it.

You must keep all windows and doors OPEN during a tornado. Tornadoes suck air and therefore eliminate the air pressure outside of your house. If your windows and doors are closed, the indoor air pressure will cause your house to literally explode (because there is no counterpressure).
