Motorola Minitor pager, alert monitor home receiver and Plectron

@attamrezlt yes they are the motorola homeset and minitor are Fairport tones, and the plectron radio is point pleasant

@navonechile same here until i figured out how to convert then to the pager tones.....i bet i've done 30 of them for guys that had them sitting on a shelf in the basment. i like old school stuff

All these radios are crystal controlled... you need to take to a radio shop.

Anyone know you take apart one of the Minitor 1's to get to the Tone Reeds? Got some tone reeds and I need to figure out how, but I got no clue lookin at this Minitor I.

Good Video I used to be a volunteer FF in Missouri. We had an old plectron pager like the one shown here. I am interested in obatining one like it if that is still available.

When I was on the Cannon Twp. Fire Dept. ( retire after 25 YRS of service ) I had 1 of the black box type, you couldn't sleep thou that going off at 1:00 AM

Frequency is 154.2500MHz, and the tones are 473.2Hz/977.2Hz

@mallan18 ...I have an Instalert Mark IV, do you know anything about them, and getting them to work? All that is coming over is static

@rth5042 I have never seen one of those is there a squelch knob on it? If so try rotating and see if it stops....if not there might be a setting inside the radio.
