Why does it say Tai chi mantis when you are training like ordenary kung fu? tws. fast not slow? Are there any fusion of mantis boxing and tai chi boxing?

@80KungFu - From what I understand, Taiji Mantis does not use any boxing methods from Taiji, just the principles of body mechanics, Yin Yang and such.

@rddlemeths um where are you in nc because i can help if you are in greens boro i would look up yYang Hsu tai chi from SIfu Patrick Fannes and else where i could els where try magic tortoise they have decent schooles i have heard
