@thepersonyoupassby hmmm, and maybe you should learn about guitar techniques and realise that playing that riff with power chords result in a horrible and awkward sliding up and down that ruins the fast, stabbing sound that is so awesome when played properly in drop D

@iamspikeyoko I do see your point, it does lose its fast punchy (?) sound. This cover is more of a legato while the original is more staccato but on the whole this one is a very good cover. I would not knock her for a minor error like that, it sounds nice home but does not retain the original feel. Overall though I would say it is a good cover....but altered picking techniques could produce that feeling as well. A wise man once said 'to each his own' and I would have to agree.

little trick i do when i do when im not playing drop d in that d-d-d-d-d-d-c-d-c-d-c-d thing is instead of moving your whole hand for powerchords is to just take your ring finger off and not play the "A" string itll still play the "c" power chord and you can hardly notice the missing C. That way you don't have to slide your hand for the part.
