the face and body palletes, would u be able to use them like a regular eyeshadow base when applying regular eyeshadow on top, or its it oily like most halloween makeup?
Hey thanks for the comment. Actually, all the face & body pallets worn wet, can be used as a solid base. However, the colors may not be as vibrant as u would like. =)
