The Site is down for the roms and the best emulator to Download right now is called "GGPO" and the roms can be found on coolrom or rom-world. Sorry everyone

@gusto1978 dipswitches. CPS3 games had both physical and digital dipswitches, the emulator should have a program that emulates the physical ones.. there is a "combination" you have to input on the gamepad when the game boots up to access the "soft " (digital) switches. The digital ones should have one for difficulty.

I can even figure out how to even load the rom its just there with a bunch of useless other ones!

i hope you know that those files arent 2 seperate they are the exact same thing and how do you setup the emulator? i put the roms file in the dir1 directory that it said in the configure settings file and i put all the parts of sf3 into one file called street fighter- third strike so how come it dont read it? and it says theres missing files

Uh the easiest thing to do is just look for a dude named macromi go the search and type in cps 3 baby and look in the description i guarantee you wont be angry looking for this game!

this is a fake...the emulator only run a 40% of speed..... i test SF III new generation with Fburn cps3 1.0 and works!!!! but slowly...not much...but slow...

anyway this a firts version...so it's normal... but its a great STEP!

in the future the psp owner can play this great game....... take that f...!!!!!!

Some tips: Download the CPS 3 emulator. Capcom made i believe 5 games for it. Warzard and all 3 Street fighter games are great. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is gay (seriously)so you wont need that. All the other games are cool. Once you download each part you have to COMBINE them using Winrar.

Extract Part 1, then all the other parts will extract together AUTOMATICALLY and make one rom file, then put the rom file in the roms folder
